Daredevil Anglers In Danger Zone

Fishing can be life-threatening if you don't draw a line on how far you'll go for a catch. Fishing in Wildman Creek in the Northern Territory, we were into a hot barramundi bite. There was another boat anchored about 50m away and the anglers on board were catching fish at a similar rate. Most of the barra being caught were released by dropping them into the water, but a couple of XOS fish were treated differently. On both boats, the guides held the bigger fish in the water until they felt them kick before releasing them.
